I stayed on schedule today, I did a little over three miles and my time is getting a little better every day.

Saturday I walked the Sanctuary golf course.  Unbelievably beautiful and really a great workout because the path is very hilly.  It took 2 hours, absolutely would do it again.

I took Sunday off, today I was back on the road so to speak.  Ran 4.5 mils in just under an hour.  Pretty good time for me.  I ran the first mile without stopping to walk.  I am really beginning feel an improvement.  My time is getting better and my stride in improving, I think.  I feel great like I could go out and run another 4 miles, but that's for tomorrow.

I ran 7.47 kilometres today.  Really slow, I had bad cramping in my lower legs for about the first 2 kilometres.  Really painful.  I managed to speed up a bit once the cramping subsided.  At least I got out there and did the run.

Yesterday I only managed a short run, about 2 miles.  I was experiencing alot of pain, probably due to the long run on Saturday.  It turns out I have arthritis in my right knee so that is kind of hindering me as well.  However I'm determined to keep plugging along.

Thurs.  I ran a little over a 5 K today.  Speed wasn't very good.  All I could think about was that me back hurt, then my feet hurt.  Some days are just like that I guess.  I have lost 3 pounds since I started training so that's good news.

Tues.  18 Sept. 2012.  I did a 10 K this morning.  It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes.  I'm slow but I'm determined.  I ran a new route, that was kind of weird.  Instead of doing a circuit I went straight for 5 kilometres and then back for 5 ks.
