I stayed on schedule today, I did a little over three miles and my time is getting a little better every day.

Saturday I walked the Sanctuary golf course.  Unbelievably beautiful and really a great workout because the path is very hilly.  It took 2 hours, absolutely would do it again.

I took Sunday off, today I was back on the road so to speak.  Ran 4.5 mils in just under an hour.  Pretty good time for me.  I ran the first mile without stopping to walk.  I am really beginning feel an improvement.  My time is getting better and my stride in improving, I think.  I feel great like I could go out and run another 4 miles, but that's for tomorrow.
